COURSE SCHEDULE COURSES WITH CREDITS GET INVOLVED


The BX Executive Leadership Experience

Built for senior-level executives in construction companies, The BX Executive Leadership experience is a 10-session program.  The program is designed to accept a small group (15 to 20, at most) of professionals who will be educated and coached by nationally-recognized experts in construction leadership and business development.

Created with input from Builders Exchange members, the Leadership Experience will provide:

  • Personal leadership development for each participant (often through management exercises)

  • Increased knowledge of industry issues facing leaders in the Central Ohio construction community

  • Conversations with local public- and private-sector leaders, inside and outside the industry

  • New peer-level relationships with a small class of colleagues over the nine-month course

With topics ranging from leadership essentials to risk management, the sessions will also feature VIP lunch guests to lead discussions on business and industry issues of interest to the class.
